When you contact a business through the site we collect the details you enter — name, phone number, email address, service address and your message — plus technical data such as your IP address, device type, the page you contacted from and the campaign that referred you.
How we use it
We pass your request to the business you chose so it can respond, send you a confirmation, prevent spam and abuse, and measure which listings and categories are useful.
Sharing
Your request is shared with the business you contacted. We do not sell personal information. Service providers that host our platform, send our email and store our files process data on our behalf under contract.
Text messages and calls
If you tick the consent box on a text or quote form, you agree the business may contact you by phone, text or email about that request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of messages at any time.
Your rights
Depending on where you live you may request a copy of your data, correction, deletion, or that we stop selling or sharing it (we do not sell it). Email support@saasyway.com and we will respond within the period the law requires.

Retention
